    By using BeKnow (beknow.io and app.beknow.io), you agree to these Terms.

  2. Service Description
    BeKnow is an SEO Operating System that integrates with Google Search Console and YouTube. We provide data visualization and AI content generation tools.

  3. User Obligations
    You agree not to misuse the Service. You represent that you are the authorized administrator of any Google or YouTube account you connect.
    Prohibited activities include:
    • Automated scraping
    • Reverse engineering
    • Using the Service for illegal activities

  4. Intellectual Property
    You own the content you create. BeKnow owns the platform code and methodology.

  5. Disclaimer
    The Service is provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings.

  6. Termination
    We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

  7. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

APP USAGE DESCRIPTION (VALID FOR OAUTH VERIFICATION)


App Usage Description:

Our application provides a thematic SEO intelligence dashboard. We use the webmasters.readonly scope to sync aggregated performance metrics (clicks, impressions, position, and CTR) from Google Search Console. This integration is limited to providing the user with real-time comparison between indexed search data and their content strategy.

We use the youtube.readonly scope to fetch video transcripts. This is strictly used to populate the user's private “Content Knowledge Base” (RAG source), allowing them to repurpose their own videos into blog posts.

Compliance Statement: The use of this data is strictly limited to these user-facing features. Data is segregated via Row Level Security (RLS) ensuring each workspace only accesses its own data. We do not use this data for advertising, retargeting, or profiling, and we do not share it with third parties for model training.
