What changes
Keep interventions, hypotheses, assets, observations and decisions in a searchable workspace. Record what is known and what still needs checking.
Inspect sources and measurements associated with an intervention. The first workflow connects page changes with daily Search Console data, including sites that do not use WordPress.
Preserve the reason for a choice and the next step alongside the intervention. Review dates are recorded; a complete assignment and review inbox is not available yet.
A simple operating path

Record the intervention: Choose the page or asset, explain the intended change and its hypothesis. Keep declared authorship separate from the person recording it.

Check the evidence: Record the page and change date. With site collection active, BeKnow connects Search Console clicks and compares periods before and after; missing data and limitations remain visible.

Record the next decision: Review the evidence and record whether to continue, stop or investigate, with a reason, next step and optional review date.
Questions
Does BeKnow write and publish articles?
The current public product focuses on project memory, evidence and decisions. The previous built-in writing and publishing pipeline is not available. Use your chosen editor or AI for content production.
Do all connections work in one click?
No. Setup depends on the source. The new connectors can require API credentials, permissions or service accounts, and still need validation with the intended account.
Does it monitor AI citations?
The previous AI visibility monitoring workflow is not offered in the current public product. BeKnow does not claim to track all answers generated about a brand.
Do I need an AI subscription?
You can use the project memory without an external AI. To work through MCP, use a compatible client and its current account requirements.
